Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services

  • Responsibility for the order passes to you once delivered to the address provided

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer refunds, except where required by UK consumer law.

 

Please prayerfully and carefully choose your items before purchasing.

 

Exchanges Only

 

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

 

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Items returned outside the exchange period

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
